During his tenure as a manager, Steve personally trained and developed sales teams as well as hundreds of other types of staff, many of whom went on to become managers as well.
After leaving retail, he started his own training business, developed the curriculum and has now personally trained over 500 individuals on how to become a successful home inspector and how to run their own inspection business.
